whoever said love had to be wired?
I LOST MY FREAKING PHONE. yes so i'm officially phone-less till Monday when my new sim card arrives !D: & the best part was the i'm absolutely sure i didn't leave it anywhere cuz it died thus i threw it into my bag. surprise surprise, it disappeared when i got home -.- why do such things keep happening to me? & when my phone flickered on for the last time i saw like 10 unread messages so sorry to those who i didn't reply etc. i feel so cut off from the outside world & unreal now.!
yesterday was exhausting yet felt a sense of happiness too :D reached school at 7.30 am for briefing for the camp @ the parade square. seriously felt like sleeping throughout -.- then went into AVT for debate fest or whatever you called it. helpful i guess & kinda entertaining(: went back to sec one council selection camp, which was kinda the main highlight of the day:
1. finished up the games with tolberone(our group) then went for lunch. got insulted together with Marilyn by some unknown sec one there -.- had group interaction for awhile then went away to get more beans (which was our points) from random sec threes. & of course we got a hold handful from Zhenju cuz of Marilyn.!
2. briefing for amazing race etc then set off to east coast, bedok jetty for our first station (Danielle & Cher!). that was when things went downturn :/ we spent AN HOUR looking for it cuz the facilitators weren't allowed to tell them where to go & walked for about 3 km in the wonderful sun -.- just imagine. but i have to admit it was pretty worthwhile cuz the sea was absolutely stunning & the sea breeze was wonderful :D
3. next station was at some random playground (Junyang & Kaiho) & cuz of our first station, we were one hour late :/ things went pretty okay for a while & it was kinda fun laughing at our own stupidity.!
4. after that was at eastpoint fweee!:D ( Vanessa, Clara & Marilyn's peanut) they were at long john silver & finally had air-con.! solved some math question to get the block number & split up into two groups to run around to look for the pictures. hot & exhausted by then but later managed to stay inside long john silvers & ate(: we didn't go to the next station cuz it was too far away & was getting late so we stayed & did stupid stuff to get more beans :D thanks to Marilyn's peanut, we had to do chicken dance outside Starbucks -.- (loud & really embarrassing) & later they had to march around long john silvers :/
5. went back to school & screamed all the way up on the hill cuz Marilyn's peanut was being annoying -.- grabbed any sec three we could see & did so much stupid stuff to get beans :D one of our group members even managed to impress Yuping by crying on the spot to get more beans xD & hey guess what? WE WON .! (by quite alot infact) 2700 beans YAY xD cuz even though we only went to 3/6 stations, we managed to get a hell lot of beans from them(: who ever said that being short was a disadvantage? (:
6. well & thoroughly exhausted already but still had to decide who was in or out. spent hell long deciding & when it was finally done had another meeting on investiture performance :/ everybody was pretty much dying to go home already since we had spent TWELVE hours in school already. wrapped up then went out to dinner cuz it was my Dad's birthday.
not much to remember cuz i was half-dead already & everybody in the Thai restaurant was giving me weird looks cos i was in fbts -.- dinner was nice, all the extended family was there & my cousins were fun too(: finshed eating, sang the birthday song ( barely) then went back home.
discovered i forgot to record boys over flowers (!) screamed & mocca jumped then went to bath and watched the remaining half an hour of it.
& that marked the end of my extremely long Saturday :D
